I wanna thank “Top” Michael Frans. While I am not in Phoenix, let alone in the state, he has helped me through my adventure of fixing my own unit here in the great state of Texas. I was a student at VTI back in January 2025. I currently work for POLYGON working on commercial HVAC Systems, and I couldn’t figure out the problem and needed a more experienced professional assistance, Top helped me step by step. Even though it may have been frustrating and possibly annoying that he couldn’t be here in person he still helped through the beginning to end. VTI as a former student I say this man here needs a raise haha. Him being an instructor at your campus, he’s more than just a teacher and a role model. He’s a friend, and he would take the shirt off his back in the time of need. Top, I hope one day we can cross paths whether it’s for class or just to hangout.
