Our programs consists of a combination of theoretical and practical applications. Our exclusive training methods are based on a mechanical contractor’s point of view, which provides the technician with the expertise of knowing how to handle all instruments used in the HVAC/R field, including all mechanical and electrical troubleshooting areas.
Vocational Training Institute’s HVAC training program is focused on providing hands-on training in simulated real world environments.
COURSE CURRICULUM
HVAC/R TRAINING
In addition to achieving the HVAC Technician Certificate, your coursework will include the principles and concepts associated with the EPA Section 608 Universal Certification. With this knowledge you will have the opportunity to take the EPA Universal examination. When you are interviewing for a job after graduation, that’s one more thing you will have that the competition won’t.THROUGH THE COURSE
STUDENTS WILL:
- Learn traditional HVAC fundamentals from expert instructors
- Learn green technology & alternative devices
- Gain troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills
- Learn work-safety practices
